Comp . Kohler , LP . / ., proposed the toast of "The M . E . Z . " In the course of his speech he said that Comp . Fisher was an old and excellent worker in the Craft , the Arch and Mark Degrees . It was therefore superlluous for him , as a young Mason , to criticise the M . K . Z . ' s working that evening . He would say but one word , that it was perfect . The M . E . Z ., in reply , thanked thj brethren for the
manner in which they had received the toast . It was true what the l . P . Z . had said , that he was an old Royal Arch Mason , but he ventured to disagree with the proposer of the toast that the working was perfect . He ( the M . E . Z . ) had not performed the ceremony at all to his own
satisfaction , he hoped to do better next time . He was proud of being a member of the old Era Chapter , because tliere were so many good and genial companions in it , s mc of whom had done so much to enhance its prosperity . A few other toasts followed and the proceedings terminated .

Comp . Kohler , LP . / ., proposed the toast of "The M . E . Z . " In the course of his speech he said that Comp . Fisher was an old and excellent worker in the Craft , the Arch and Mark Degrees . It was therefore superlluous for him , as a young Mason , to criticise the M . K . Z . ' s working that evening . He would say but one word , that it was perfect . The M . E . Z ., in reply , thanked thj brethren for the
manner in which they had received the toast . It was true what the l . P . Z . had said , that he was an old Royal Arch Mason , but he ventured to disagree with the proposer of the toast that the working was perfect . He ( the M . E . Z . ) had not performed the ceremony at all to his own
satisfaction , he hoped to do better next time . He was proud of being a member of the old Era Chapter , because tliere were so many good and genial companions in it , s mc of whom had done so much to enhance its prosperity . A few other toasts followed and the proceedings terminated .
