Therefore , he ( the Earl of Euston ) thought it was oily d le to his memory that a vote of sympathy and condolence with his family should be passed expressing the sincere regret of the brethren at his loss . Unfortunately , hs met with an accident and his age prevented his getting over it . Bro . " Beach was always

ready and willing to assist at any Masonic functions , and there was no one more respected than he in Grand Lodge . He ruled over his province with courtesy and zeal and in such a wiy that he was loved by all the Masons with whom he came in contact . His lordshi p thereupon moved an appropriate resolution to be forwarded to Mrs . Beach and recorded on the minutrs of Grand Lodge .

Bro . \ V . E . M . TOMLINSON , M . P ., seconded the motion . He knew Bro . Beach well , and was one of his oldest friends , as well as a colleague in the Hou < e of Commons for many years . " The Board had had not only a question addressed to them with regard to the proper title of the Deputy Provincial Grand Master where accident or death had deprived the province of the Provincial Grand Mastcr , but they had had several reports from provinces where those acting in the capacity of Grand Master as President were addressed as " Acting Provincid

These had come from several different sources , and the Board therefore thought it was right to put the subject in the Report , lhat it might be quite clear that the Deputy Provincial Grand Master in such circumstances should be addressed as " Deputy Provincial Grand Master in charge . " Bro . Loveland Loveland then moved the recommendation of a grant of ^ 50 to the widow of a brother .

Bro . Major WOODALL WOODALL seconded the grant , which was then put and confirmed . On the motion of Bro . LOVELAND LOVELAND , seconded by Bro .
